By accessing or using Work For Gum ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform. By using Work For Gum, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Use of the Store

Work For Gum is an online store selling made-to-order merchandise. You agree to:

• Provide accurate order and shipping information

• Not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent orders
• Not infringe anyone's intellectual property in artwork you submit
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Orders, Payments and Shipping

Payment for orders is processed securely through Stripe. Prices, taxes, and shipping costs are shown before you check out. Merchandise is made to order and fulfilled through our print partner; production and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. See our Returns & Exchanges policy for returns and defects.

6. Gum Rewards Program

The Gum Rewards program is a loyalty program that allows customers to earn store credit ("Gum") for orders and other qualifying activity. Gum has no cash value and can only be redeemed for store perks as specified. Work For Gum reserves the right to modify or discontinue the rewards program at any time.

7. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any artwork or content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Work For Gum a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute it to operate and promote the store. Any merch collaboration based on your work will be agreed separately, with credit and compensation.

8. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users
• Post spam or unsolicited commercial content
• Attempt to circumvent payment systems
• Scrape or harvest data from the Platform
• Interfere with the Platform's operation or security

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, except as required by law. Product colors and printing may vary slightly from what's shown on screen.

10. Limitation of Liability

Work For Gum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Work For Gum harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
