Eligible Returns
You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order for:
- Defective or damaged items
- Wrong size received
- Wrong item shipped
- Quality issues with printing or materials
How to Request a Return
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order:
- Visit our Contact Us page
- Select "Return/Refund" from the dropdown
- Include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item (if defective/damaged)
- Brief description of the issue
- Preferred resolution (refund, exchange, replacement)
We'll review your request and respond within 24-48 hours with next steps.
Refund Policy
- Defective or damaged items: Full refund including original shipping
- Wrong item shipped: Full refund or free replacement
- Size exchange: Free exchange if we sent the wrong size; otherwise customer covers return shipping
- Changed your mind: Store credit available within 30 days (customer covers return shipping)
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without proof of purchase
- Custom or personalized items (unless defective)
Shipping Costs
- Our fault (defective, wrong item): We cover all shipping costs
- Exchange for size: Customer covers return shipping; we cover outbound shipping for exchange
- Changed mind: Customer covers return shipping
Processing Time
Once we receive your return:
- We'll inspect the item within 2-3 business days
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
- Exchanges ship within 5-7 business days
