We want you to love your Work For Gum merch. If there's an issue with your order, we're here to help.

Eligible Returns

You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order for:

  • Defective or damaged items
  • Wrong size received
  • Wrong item shipped
  • Quality issues with printing or materials

How to Request a Return

Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order:

  1. Visit our Contact Us page
  2. Select "Return/Refund" from the dropdown
  3. Include:
    • Your order number
    • Photos of the item (if defective/damaged)
    • Brief description of the issue
    • Preferred resolution (refund, exchange, replacement)

We'll review your request and respond within 24-48 hours with next steps.

Refund Policy

  • Defective or damaged items: Full refund including original shipping
  • Wrong item shipped: Full refund or free replacement
  • Size exchange: Free exchange if we sent the wrong size; otherwise customer covers return shipping
  • Changed your mind: Store credit available within 30 days (customer covers return shipping)

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without proof of purchase
  • Custom or personalized items (unless defective)

Shipping Costs

  • Our fault (defective, wrong item): We cover all shipping costs
  • Exchange for size: Customer covers return shipping; we cover outbound shipping for exchange
  • Changed mind: Customer covers return shipping

Processing Time

Once we receive your return:

  • We'll inspect the item within 2-3 business days
  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Exchanges ship within 5-7 business days
